Welcome To Encore Dance Academy
Our Story
Encore Dance Academy has been established for over 20 years and we pride ourselves on a fun, friendly atmosphere and high level training for everyone who attends dance classes with us. All dance classes are held at Werrington Leisure Centre, Peterborough in our purpose built dance studio.
Classes are available in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Acrobatic Arts and Street Dance styles. The school offers training for children from 2 years to student level in Imperial Classical Ballet and from 4 years in Tap, Modern, Acro and Street Dance. ISTD examinations are taken regularly and the school's results are a consistently high standard. Pupils also have the opportunity to take part in local displays, perform on stage at The Cresset Theatre in our school's lively productions and also perform in a West End variety show at Her Majesty's Theatre, London.
Classes are taught by Mrs. Sally Owen-Correia, who holds Associate teaching qualifications with the ISTD and IDTA dance societies and Miss Katie Bratt, who holds DDI & DDE qualifications with the ISTD.
